Naoero (formerly Nauru) Mains Power Upgrade
HTS provided design, procurement and installation support for the upgrade of local electrical infrastructure.
Facility Description
The facility was located on Naoero (formerly Nauru) and dependent on generators to supply electricity. There was an opportunity to connect the facility to the local HV network however modifications to the electrical infrastructure was required.
Works Completed
Having in depth knowledge of the installed infrastructure, HTS designed and manufactured a changeover board to allow the mains power to be connected. HTS also travelled to site to supervise the installation, conduct commissioning, training and handover.
