Works Completed: HTS Constructions undertook the following works for the Crushing Operations project:

  • Project Management:

    • Developed and implemented a comprehensive project management plan.

    • Coordinated planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery of services.

  • Crushing and Screening Operations:

    • Executed the crushing program aligned with the Contractor's schedule, utilizing a mobile crushing circuit.

    • Crushed waste rock from the Callie Waste Dump using a jaw crusher.

    • Screened the crushed material to required specifications using a triple deck screen with various screen sizes (26-14mm, 9-14mm, 4-9mm, 7mm all in, and 4mm all in).

    • Recirculated larger material for further crushing using a cone crusher to achieve the desired size.

    • Blended and carted final crushed and screened material to end-use stockpiles.

  • Product Stockpiling, Blending, and Carting:

    • Managed the stockpiling of screened and crushed products in designated locations.

    • Conducted testing of individual stockpiles to determine optimal particle distribution for final blending.

    • Mixed and blended aggregates according to proposed ratios and Contractor Program requirements.

    • Ensured final compliance with Mix Design and Technical Specifications through comprehensive testing.

  • Borrow Pit Management:

The facility features a bulk earthworks pad, concrete footings and flooring, sea containers for storage, dome structural trusses, a heavy-duty wear stop fabric covering, and comprehensive electrical and water services.

Works Completed: HTS Constructions undertook the following works for the TE 2 Storage Dome project:

  • Project Management: Developed and implemented a comprehensive project management plan, ensuring coordination between engineering, procurement, and construction phases.

  • Site Preparation: Collaborated with Newmont Tanami Operations Surface Works team to construct the bulk earthworks pad, including local excavation, compaction, and foundation placement.

  • Structural Installation: Installed sea containers along two sides of the dome, structural trusses, mounting rails, and all necessary bolts and fixtures. Ensured the proper installation of heavy-duty wear stop fabric for the dome and end walls.

Facility Description: 300 person accommodation using modular buildings with Kitchen / Dining, Gym, Recreation area, Wet Mess, Administration, Locker Room, Commercial Laundry, Telstra Tower, Toilets, Maintenance shed, Acoustic Wall and Carpark. The facility is landscaped with a running track around the perimeter.

Works Completed: HTS was responsible for the installation of 142 modular buildings including foundations and complexing. Once installed, HTS completed all connections, testing and commissioning prior to handover. In addition to the modular installation, HTS was responsible for the design and construction of the Commercial Laundry and Wet Mess, installation of a 140m acoustic wall, concrete footpaths and accessways, landscaping, walking track, HV and LV kiosks and connections.
