About Cynthia

Cynthia started her career in finance in 2003 after completing her Advance Diploma of Accounting where her taxation lecturer offered her a role within her taxation office in Albany. After building up a successful portfolio and a range of clientele, an opportunity arose to relocate to Karratha for an HR/Admin role with Savcor Finn.  This role also provided exposure to health and safety, working alongside the Safety Manager on site at Woodside, Burrup Peninsula.

Cynthia then accepted a contract as a Safety Administrator for a Civil Construction Company at Rio Tinto’s Ti Tree Rail Camp, 170km south of Karratha, assisting in the compliance with safety obligations.

Moving back to Perth, Cynthia started her own business as a BAS Agent/Bookkeeper, whilst studying her Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Accounting.

After a 12 month contract at a international law firm in the city, Cynthia moved on to establish a finance and bookkeeping system for a small safety and rescue firm before coming on board with HTS.

Responsibilities

Cynthia is responsible for all finance and taxation obligations of HTS, as well as general bookkeeping and administration, HR and managing health and safety at the HTS Head Office.  Cynthia prepares the project budgets and financial reports for the HTS monthly board meetings.

Rob Morrissey

Rob has spent the majority of his career working on complex projects that require extensive experience in high ropes and confined spaces. He has worked on domestic and international projects, both onshore and offshore.

Kian Bullock

Kian has successfully managed projects in Australia and Internationally. After leaving the Australian Army in 2008, Kian moved to the UK where he worked as a Section Engineer and Manager in the UK on large scale infrastructure projects including the 1600MW Staythorpe Power Station.

Blake Thackrah
Blake Thackrah

Blake is an experienced senior plumbing supervisor with remote infrastructure and commercial project experience. His current role involves the overall responsibility of delivering the plumbing works (but not limited too) for the project. Blake is required to provide reports on progress vs. budgets, manning levels and coordinate with other trades.

Dan Hunt

Dan started his career as an electrical technician for the Australian Navy. This experienced forged his dedication and work ethic along with humility and leadership. After 10 years with the Navy, he took the role of Electrical supervisor for a Perth based company that provided integrated construction services to the mining industry.
