Facility Description: The Tanami Storage Dome is a critical infrastructure project located at Dead Bullock Soak (DBS) within the Newmont Tanami Operations in the Northern Territory of Australia. This facility is designed to enhance the on-site storage capacity to support the expansion of the Tanami mine. The Storage Dome includes prefabricated materials for efficient assembly to reduced on-site fabrication. The facility features a bulk earthworks pad, concrete footings and flooring, sea containers for storage, dome structural trusses, a heavy-duty wear stop fabric covering, and comprehensive electrical and water services.
Works Completed: HTS Constructions undertook the following works for the TE 2 Storage Dome project:
Project Management: Developed and implemented a comprehensive project management plan, ensuring coordination between engineering, procurement, and construction phases.
Site Preparation: Collaborated with Newmont Tanami Operations Surface Works team to construct the bulk earthworks pad, including local excavation, compaction, and foundation placement.
Structural Installation: Installed sea containers along two sides of the dome, structural trusses, mounting rails, and all necessary bolts and fixtures. Ensured the proper installation of heavy-duty wear stop fabric for the dome and end walls.
Concrete Works: Completed all concrete works, including the floor, pathways, and landings, with appropriate reinforcement and finishing.
Electrical and Water Services: Installed electrical systems, including power outlets, high bay lighting, and local earthing. Connected potable water services to the facility with necessary modifications and trenching.
Commissioning: Conducted comprehensive commissioning of all installed systems, ensuring operational readiness and compliance with technical specifications and Australian Standards.

DBS Village Expansion
Camp expansion designed to increase the accommodation capacity from 300 to 415 rooms to support the growing workforce at Newmont Tanami Operations.
DBS Village Expansion - An additional 115 rooms added to the previously installed DBS Village

Facility Description: The DBS Village Expansion is a significant development within the Tanami Expansion 2 (TE2) project, located at Dead Bullock Soak (DBS) in the Northern Territory of Australia. This expansion is designed to increase the accommodation capacity from 300 to 415 rooms to support the growing workforce at Newmont Tanami Operations. The facility will feature additional accommodation modules, combined laundry/locker rooms, and an extended dry mess diner module. The expansion ensures enhanced living conditions for the personnel with modern, prefabricated, modular transportable buildings, complete with all necessary amenities and services.
Works Completed: HTS Constructions carried out the following works for the DBS Village Expansion project:
Project Management: Implemented a comprehensive project management plan, including safety, environmental, and quality management systems.
Site Preparation: Coordinated with the Newmont Tanami Operations Surface Works team to prepare the site, including civil works for pad preparation and installation of buried services such as water, sewer, electrical, and communication conduits.
Accommodation Modules: Supplied and installed 29 accommodation modules, with 28 modules featuring 4 ensuited rooms each and 1 module featuring 3 ensuited rooms.
Laundry/Locker Rooms: Installed 3 combined laundry/locker room modules, ensuring they are fully operational and connected to necessary services.
Dry Mess Extension: Supplied, transported, and installed an extension to the existing dry mess diner, including new access walkways.
Structural and Finishing Works: Constructed concrete footpaths, service buggy access ways, verandahs, steps, ramps, and handrails. Installed dingo/snake guards and other necessary fittings.
Utility Connections: Connected existing water, wastewater, and electrical services to all new facilities, including necessary modifications and trenching.
Safety and Compliance: Ensured all works were carried out in compliance with Australian Standards and the National Construction Code. Installed fire hose reels, extinguishers, and signage throughout the new facilities.
Commissioning: Conducted comprehensive testing and commissioning of all installed systems, ensuring operational readiness and compliance with technical specifications and Australian Standards.

Located in the remote Tanami Desert of the Northern Territory, Australia, the facility aims to improve the efficiency and safety of tailings disposal, ensuring compliance with environmental standards and supporting increased production demands.
Works Completed: HTS Constructions successfully completed the following works for the Tailings Pipeline Installation:
Project Management:

Pipeline Installation:
Supplied and installed HDPE pipelines with diameters ranging from 450mm to 560mm, covering a total length of approximately 8.5 km.
Executed precise welding and jointing of the HDPE sections, ensuring robust and leak-proof connections.
Installed necessary supports, brackets, and fittings to ensure the stability and integrity of the pipeline.
Conducted pressure testing and inspection of the pipeline to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

DBS Village
Located 600km NW of Alice Springs, DBS Village is built to accommodate 300 employees and provide them with a high standard of remote living.
DBS Village - 300 Person accommodation with supporting facilities

Facility Description: 300 person accommodation using modular buildings with Kitchen / Dining, Gym, Recreation area, Wet Mess, Administration, Locker Room, Commercial Laundry, Telstra Tower, Toilets, Maintenance shed, Acoustic Wall and Carpark. The facility is landscaped with a running track around the perimeter.
Works Completed: HTS was responsible for the installation of 142 modular buildings including foundations and complexing. Once installed, HTS completed all connections, testing and commissioning prior to handover. In addition to the modular installation, HTS was responsible for the design and construction of the Commercial Laundry and Wet Mess, installation of a 140m acoustic wall, concrete footpaths and accessways, landscaping, walking track, HV and LV kiosks and connections.
