McLevie Accommodation Install
The McLevie accommodation project is located relative to Dalwallinu and will expand CBH’s operating capacity with new prefabricated buildings.

Facility Description: The McLevie accommodation project is located relative to Dalwallinu and expands CBH’s operating capacity with new prefabricated buildings. This site houses new SPQs, a Common Room, and a KDLU unit, transported from the CBH Gingin Transportable Building Storage Area.
Works Completed: HTS Constructions undertook the following works for the project:
Site Preparation: Preparation of existing ground with imported fill and compaction for building placement.
Building Installation: Setup of 12 SPQ rooms within three prefabricated four-bedroom buildings, one new prefabricated Common Room, and one prefabricated KDLU building.
Infrastructure: Construction of verandas, covered areas, non-slip concrete footpaths, and slabs. Installation of 1.8m high Colorbond fencing and ring lock style fences around the ATU sewer treatment system.
Utility Connections: Comprehensive civil, electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and structural works associated with building installation.
Landscape and Access: Development of car parks, driveways, pedestrian pathways, and landscaped areas to meet DA requirements.
Miling Accommodation Install
The Miling accommodation project is situated approximately 200km northeast of Perth, at 18201 Great Northern Highway, Miling, WA 6575.

Facility Description: The Miling accommodation project is situated approximately 200km northeast of Perth. This CBH site consists of new prefabricated buildings similar to those at similar CBH sites. Buildings were transported from the CBH Gingin Transportable Building Storage Area.

CBH Stage 1 - Install of New Accommodation and Facilities
HTS mobilised to seven CBH sites to install accommodation and facilities

Facility Description: The project included works on CBH facilities at 7 remote sites in Western Australia. The sites included Salmon Gums, Cascade, Pingrup, Kellerberrin, Dulyalbin, Varley and Lake King.
Works Completed: HTS was required to mobilise to each site and install accommodation modules and facilities along with supporting infrastructure. With each site being unique, HTS was required to install new septic systems, pump pits, water connections as well as electrical connections to local infrastructure.
CBH Stage 2 - Additional Works
HTS mobilised to four remote CBH sites in WA to install improved facilities.

Facility Description: The project included works on CBH facilities at 4 locations, Varley, Pingrup, Kellerberrin and Dulyalbin. All locations were improvements to CBH facilities to improve worker accommodation and facilities. These sites had been a part of an earlier project.
Works Completed: HTS was required to mobilise to each site and install additional facilities that included common rooms, offices and crib facilities. Each site was unique and required inground services, foundation preparations, concrete, veranda install and local detailed earthworks.
