Located 600km NW of Alice Springs, DBS Village is built to accommodate 300 employees and provide them with a high standard of remote living.
Facility Description
300 person accommodation using modular buildings with Kitchen / Dining, Gym, Recreation area, Wet Mess, Administration, Locker Room, Commercial Laundry, Telstra Tower, Toilets, Maintenance shed, Acoustic Wall and Carpark. The facility is landscaped with a running track around the perimeter.
Works Completed
HTS was responsible for the installation of 142 modular buildings including foundations and complexing. Once installed, HTS completed all connections, testing and commissioning prior to handover. In addition to the modular installation, HTS was responsible for the design and construction of the Commercial Laundry and Wet Mess, installation of a 140m acoustic wall, concrete footpaths and accessways, landscaping, walking track, HV and LV kiosks and connections.
