The Future of HTS – Our Vision
HTS Constructions was first founded on a vision for a better way to deliver construction services. We envisioned an integrated delivery model that reduces stress and frustrations for the client, created a single point of accountability and responsibility, and drove project efficiencies in management, budget and time targets. Since those early days, we still stand proudly by this vision, and it has blossomed into so much more. We want to give you an insight on our vision for the future of HTS Constructions. Let us breakdown some of our qualities that will see us into the future.
HTS continues to provide a streamlined single point of accountability.
By providing a single point of accountability, HTS is able to provide clients with an unprecedented degree of effective management that is backed by transparent communication, ownership of responsibility, strong leadership, quality control, budget awareness and time management. The people in the room and on site have the authority to make the decisions to resolve day to day issues. This prevents delays and the avoidance of decision making.
Sustainable Growth
We as a company are committed to sustainable growth and adaptability to the ever-changing social, environmental and economic environment locally, nationally and globally. We understand the importance of sustainable development and the impact of the construction industry. For HTS it is about keeping things in balance and identifying the negotiation that needs to occur between those 3 pillars of development (Social, Economic and environment). Our main focus in this space is moving to a paperless business that is driving innovation and direction.
Adaptability
HTS has confidence in our capability to adapt to challenges, delays and changes. According to Dr. Tony Alessandra, “Adaptability combines flexibility with versatility. Flexibility is your willingness to adapt. It's your attitude. Versatility is your ability to adapt. It's your aptitude.” Whether it be changes made to construction plans, the digitalisation of planning and design, work site delays, safety hazards or staff changes. Instead of choosing to fight change, we choose to adapt, find the best solution to problems, and maintain our commitments to efficiency and project momentum.
Innovation
We would have to be living under a rock if we said that we don’t keep up with industry advancements in technology. The future of construction as we know is evolving as new technology and the digitalisation for the planning, design and building phase of construction projects is becoming more commonplace. With innovation we are finding efficiencies and making our works safer and giving employees more information. It is important that this is done incrementally with each change being measured and assessed before the next.
We Set Our Own Benchmarks
Whether it be sustaining a positive safety culture, upholding our values within our workplace culture or ensuring that performance is meeting our stringent expectations of quality, HTS strives to set and uphold our own benchmarks. We expect our leaders to lead by example and we don’t accept substandard conduct.
