HTS achieves ISO Certification
Congratulations to the HTS Constructions team for achieving ISO 45001, 9001 and 14001 Certification.
The question why we undertook this journey to ISO certification can be answered in our Mission; To provide our clients with confidence and peace of mind by utilising integrated construction and project management strategies to ensure project targets are met with efficiency, quality and safety.
At the beginning of our journey we understood to wholly achieve our Mission, HTS must operate to the highest of standards in Quality, Safety and Environment, therefore our journey towards ISO certification began!
Our journey officially began 12 years ago with the joining of forces of HTS’ directors Dan, Blake, Kian and Brad who were delivering projects in the most remote and difficult of locations in Australia. Through this partnership and friendship in the most challenging of circumstances the team combined their talents to cement a proven successful delivery model at the end of 2017 which birthed HTS Constructions.
Over the following 5 years, the journey of HTS continued with the successful delivery of projects, taking the lessons learnt and relationships developed forwards to new heights. We knew at this time we were ready to prove our people and our delivery model has what it takes to meet the International Standards requirements in the three disciplines.
But it wasn’t easy, and rightly so. At HTS, we take our people seriously as they are who we are, what we can deliver and to what standard. HTS is built upon its multiskilled, dedicated and focussed people and only through this are we able to achieve such great success and to achieve ISO certification.
Throughout our preparation for certification, our people collaborated to refine our documented system, we sort best practice and better to establish our processes, our robustly safe and efficient work practices became our procedures and we conducted a number of internal audits to ensure we ticked all the boxes.
On the big day of our ISO certification audit, our auditor was very pleased with our cooperation and assistance and we were very happy to learn we did exceedingly well and was able to achieve ISO Certification in 45001, 9001 and 14001. A very big congratulations to all our people.
